Profile : Cabin Design
Positions: Jr.Manager/Asst.Manager/Dy.Manager
Qualification: Diploma/B.E / B.Tech or M.Tech
Experience: Diploma with 5-10 yrs or B.E /B.Tech 2-6 yrs of exp
Job Location: Indore
Profiles-
*Diploma with 5-10 yrs or B.E/B.Tech with 2 to 6 years of experience.
* Experience preferably from an Automobile OEM/Engineering service provider Industry in the similar field.
* Should have worked on Cab engineering.
* Knowledge of Layout & Tolerance (GD & T)
* Must have exposure in software like CATIA V5 & Pro-E
* Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM
* Problem Solving & Decision Making
* Should Good Interpersonal Skills, Initiative, Innovative & strategic thinking
* Excellent Communication skills
Job Description
*Concept and design of Cabin components of Heavy Commercial Vehicles like Interior trims, Exterior trims, Instrument panel, glove box , Door Panels etc.
*Modeling, Drafting, DFMEA and Design calculations.
*Prepare Seat & Body Layouts, design & make engineering drawing with specification.
*Support for manufacturing & vendor development.
*Benchmarking of vehicles.
*Good exposure of working in CFT
