Brief specs for this opportunity are given hereunder:-
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Manage/operate directly for new product projects (suspension components design) and/or modification of suspension components made in different kind of technologies as:
Stamping steel o Casting cast iron o Welding o Machining o Aluminium o Composite materials
CANDIDATE’S CHARACTERISTICS
• Good Knowledge of UNIGRAPHICS – CATIA V4-V5 – Pro-E
• Technical university degree in mechanical engineer or equivalent (M.Techs level
preferable)
• Ability in relationship with customers and suppliers
• Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics
• Good knowledge in steel process as stamping, forging, welding, cast iron casting,
aluminium process, as casting, welding, forging, high and low pressure die casting, semi-solid casting process like tixoforming and rheocasting. Good knowledge of the following methodologies:
o Design to cost. o Cost design optimization.
• Good knowledge in physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics of aluminium and steel materials.
• Basic knowledge in casting simulation. • Basic knowledge in welding simulation.
