Requirement: Project Manager - Gas Turbine

Experience: Min: 07.00 yrs Max: 12.00 yrs

Required Education: "B.E" - "Mechanical"

Job Description:

Brief Job Profile:

Should possess Masters or Bachelors in Mechanical engineering.
Should have adequate experience in managing teams.
Should have abilities to create value-addition to current business and opening new accounts.
Support Program manager for Proposals, Invoicing, Weekly report preparations, and for all the initiatives.

Should be able to interact with customer on all technical aspects of the project.
The key responsibility was to enhance the project management capabilities, improve organizational predictability and streamline delivery model.
This included understanding the latest innovations in project/program management.

Skills Required:

Worked on Gas/Steam turbine development.
Knowedge of entire life cycle of developmnet of turbines
Should guide a team of 35~40 engineers and capable to deliver defect free projects.
Should be responsible in managing the team, taking end-to-end ownership of the projects, delivering the solutions within the allocated budget through effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders
Should be responsible to manage the projects.
Should have abilities to create value-addition to current business and opening new accounts. Liason with the Tech leader for the quality of deliverables, conduct RCA"s and implement the actions.
