About Profile:
Vehicle Integration

Experience required : 3 yrs- 14 yrs

Educational Qualification:
B.E /B.Tech (Mechanical /Automobile)

Required:

Functional Skills:

* Integration of all automobile vehicle systems & co-ordinate with all design system leads for completion of vehicle design.
* Work on 3D modeling, assembly, drawing and drafting of various aggregates using Catia- CAD Layout. Sound knowledge of PLM, TCE
* Sound knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS and DFSS
* Quality systems tools & techniques - QFD
* Understanding of engineering BOM and manufacturing process .
* Field concern problem solving / Problem solving techniques.
* Should have good awareness of regulatory requirements, i.e. AIS, CMVR & ECE etc.
* Engineering change control process & perform basic stress, geometrical and strength calculations for various components.
* Knowledge of over all automobile system functions & To adhere to TS, ISO, M&M standards and Clearance matrix
* Able to carry out DVP sign off and tracking of testing activity- system level validation
* Vehicle configuration finalization understanding , integration & coordination with other agencies

Soft Skills:

* Should have good interpersonal skills and communication skill.
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Update project status to project leader- sound time management with program manager.
* Should have knowledge about new technology in automotive vehicles.
* Ensure effective team work and team building
* Ensure capability improvement of the team
