Opening for BIW - Closure (Doors) Design jobs @ Bangalore for a leading automobile MNC:

Location: Bangalore

Education and Training: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech

Relevant Experience Required: 4 to 10 years

Skills Required:
BIW technical know how
CatiaV5 and UG Nx know how. Understanding of GD&T principles
Manufacturing knowledge of sheet metal parts
Good communication skills, German language are an added advantage.
Knowledge of complete product life cycle would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Experience in the field of design and development of body in white closures for passenger cars
Experience with design & development of closures and mechanisms from start to finish, specifically: hood, deck-lid, front and rear doors and sliding door mechanisms including hinges, latches or sealing systems
Creation of Master sections and Concepts for BIW-Closures
Concept and design development of BIW components
Must be able to coordinate with CAE/FEA activities
