Opening for Door Designing Professionals @ Bangalore for a leading automobile MNC:

Job Location - Bangalore
Education & Training: B.E (Mechanical / Production), Domain trainings in Plastics, Tooling.
Experience Required: 3-8 yrs

Skill Requirements:
1.experience on development programs of Door Module components- Latches & Linkages, Window Regulator, Outer Handle Assembly, Hinges, Glasses & Seals.
2. Ability to take Design decisions related to Plastic & Sheet Metal components from Tooling/Manufacturing/Prototyping perspective
3. Knowledge of Kinematics Analysis, Mechanisms & Closures design
4. Knowledge of Stack-up analysis
5. Must be capable of performing Design Reviews in a structured manner
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements - European & US
7. CATIA V5 Part Design, GSD, Drawing. Knowledge of DC methodology.
8. Working Experience in Weight reduction methods (VAVE)
9. Experience in Company Norms & DBL standards, DIALOG & SMARAGD will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design & development of Door Module components- Latches & Linkages, Window Regulator, Outer Handle Assembly, Hinges, Glasses & Seals
2. Propose & evaluate the design proposals based on the regulations & vehicle level targets
3. Perform Design Reviews
4. Release parts/assemblies via Company data management system
