Company is looking for FEA Engineer/Sr. Engineer/ Team Lead.

Experience: 6-11 Years
Education: Degree / Post graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Bangalore

Experience in Finite Element Analysis of Components of Blast Hole drill, Excavators, Wheel loaders, heavey mechanical strucutres etc. is must.

Scope:
To work on Finite Element Analysis of Steel Structures like Mast, Pedestal, Main frame & other components of Blast Hole drills & Exploration rigs by using ANSYS / Hyperworks softwares & Interpretation of FEA results, verification by manual calculations.

The Roles & Responsibilities:

* Geometry clean up of UG model to Ansys / Hyperworks for meshing operation
* Meshing of models in the above softwares
* Apply proper boundary conditions & loads for analysis
* Manual calculations supporting the load cases to be analysed in FEA software
* Proper interpretation of results & verification
* Experience in Strain guaging is an added advantage
* Lead FEA design engineers team
