We have a URGENT Job opening with Mahindra Engineering Services. I am briefing about the job openings we have as follows.

Location:

For few months position will be in Nashik & then it will move to Chennai.

JD is mentioned below:

Experience: 3 - 7yrs

Qualification-BE-Mechanical

Functional Skills:

Exp in handling suspension systems handling

Making of systems layout like suspension

Detailing of parts 2d drawing, 3d cad model & GD&T

Design calculations for suspension components

Job Role:

Layouting & detailing of parts on CAD , 2D dwgs checkings

Product development cycle handling(SOR, BOM, Engineering change release process)

Interaction with material management team for development of parts

Conducting line trails , resolving manufacturing line issues

Working for cost reduction programs

Benchmarking of various Chassis, suspension steering systems

Competency Expected:

Detail knowledge of suspension system

In depth exp in development of 3d model, & 2d dwgs on CAD packages used like catia, ideas

GD&T basic knowledge

Quality orientation, knowledge of basic quality tools & techniques

Soft skills:

Good communication skills

Good team member
