Job location : Pune
Experience : 3 to 7 yrs
Job Title: Senior Engineer
Mandatory Skills: CAD Designer,Seating design,Unigraphics UG-NX

Role and Responsibility
˜ Product development from seat mechanisms to complete seats using CAD tool-UG-Nx.
˜ Expertise in design of Sheet metal Structure, Foams design and Plastic components.
˜ Expertise in Packaging of Seats and Mechanisms.
˜ Exposure of Comfort Study and kinematics study of seats.
˜ Implement design based engineering under the direction of the group leader and Sr. project engineer.
˜ Good knowledge of GD&T and Exposure to conduct component tolerance studies and knowledge of sub-assembly stack evaluations.
˜ Designing and following new products from conception to production utilizing solid modeling and other CAD tools.
˜ Create drawings on specification drawing, proposal drawing, parts drawing, assembly drawing, assembly step drawing.
˜ Knowledge of bench marking, testing and manufacturing processes.
˜ Knowledge of DFMEA, VAVE.
˜ Ability to work well with little supervision.

Demonstrated Experience
B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical, Production, Automotive
3-7 years UG-Nx -CAD Experience including 2D, 3D and Solids modeling
Seating experience or seat related components experience required
Advanced Surfacing experience
