JOB PROFILE
"JOB ROLE:
Having worked on devlopmental validtaion of atleat 3 or 4 automotive systems. e.g. Clutch, Brake, Tyres, Suspension, Transmission, Axles, body, electricals etc.
 Conducting on track and off track trials, validate prototypes to confirm system/vehicle performance and assist in developing performance
 Organize resources, infrastructure, vehicle test to ensure timely delivery and first time right by laisioining with the various agencies and inter departmental facilities
 Analyzing the test reports, review with the system engineers, superiors for he final desired output and suggest corrective actions
 Highlight and resolve concern areas, gaps and target confirmation to achieve the durability, reliability and functional signoff to achieve the set targets
 Develop evaluation and testing methodologies

"JOB ROLE:
 Conduct on track or on road trials to ensure durability validation of the projects
  Develop new durability testing methodologies in view of accelerating the test as well as capturing new failure modes
 Organize resources, infrastructure, vehicle tests to ensure timely delivery & first time right by laisioining with the various agencies and inter departmental facilities
 Data analyzing the test reports, review with the system engineers, superiors for he final desired output and suggest corrective actions
 Highlight and resolve concern areas, gaps and target confirmation to achieve the durability, reliability and functional signoff to achieve the set targets
 Upkeep and development of infrastructure

AM/DM LAB TESTING
"JOB ROLE:
 Organize resources, infrastructure, vehicle tests to ensure timely delivery and first time right by laisioining with the various agencies and inter departmental facilities
 Conduct lab trials to ensure durability, reliability and performance of vehicle systems/components
Should have worked in automotive test labs and must have used one or more of followings, Servo hydraulic actuators, Pnuematic or elctric drive based test rigs.
Should have capability to visualise and develop customised test rigs/facilities
 Analyzing the test reports, review with the system engineers, superiors for the final desired output and suggest corrective actions
 Highlight and resolve concern areas, gaps and target confirmation to achieve the durability, reliability and functional signoff to achieve the set targets
 Develop evaluation and testing methodologies
 Upkeep and development of infrastructure
