Job description

· Coordination for New Product Development activity for various domestic and export products - Proposing new designs, building up models, concept development, generating TCP (Total Cost Productivity) ideas and executing the design changes, interacting with suppliers for development and final approval of parts.

· Design Detailing and optimization through various analysis like ANSYS/Mold flow and CFD(Computational Fluid dynamics).

· Benchmarking the Performance / Features of competitor's products.

· Work continuously with Manufacturing / QA Team to improve productivity through part standardization, process stabilization through design/process improvement / modification.

· Prototype building on the basis of new concepts.

· Releasing New Engineering Changes.

· Checking the feasibility of the new designs on Innovation/Business axis and build a product best in class on Cost/Quality and Craftsmanship.

· Robust product design (APQP, PPAP, C2C)/ Modular Architecture mentor for DC/NF Projects and Platform teams in India.
