·         Analyze failure modes and provide solutions for ongoing product improvement. - Promote TCI engineering capabilities as a platform team member at the unit.

·         Facilitate clear understanding of technical requirements and design constraints between unit engineers and TCI team members.

·         Develop and expand domain knowledge of Track Feller Buncher and Knuckle Boom Loader. 
 Qualification
Education

·         ME / M Tech / BE/B Tech Mechanical / Automobile Engineering 

Required Skills

·         Ability to Independently work & lead Design Projects - Design mechanical components and systems (e.g. Frame, Sheet metal components, Welded Structures etc.) within cost, reliability, and performance metrics.

·         Analyze failure modes and provide solutions for ongoing product improvement. - Good in using Pro/Sheet metal for designing Sheet metal components, Weldment and Large fabrications.

·         Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application
Strong in Engineering Calculations.

·         Should have a good knowledge of material standards and engineering practices. - Should be able to provide alternate solutions for cost and quality improvement.

·         Excellent in Communication. - Should be able to work in a team environment.

Desired Skills

·         Proficiency in Pro/Engineer modules (Sheet metal, Advanced Assembly, Drawing). - Some exposure to Finite Element Analysis tools (e.g. Pro/Mechanica, ANSYS Workbench etc.)

·         Working knowledge in PDMLink/Windchill. - Experience of leading Design projects and international exposure.

·         Good in presentations & ability to walk extra mile proactively.
