1. Position/Level: Engineer - Lab Testing
2. Qualifications: Graduation in Agricultural /Mechanical Engineering ( Diploma in Agricultural / Mechanical engineering with longer experience) 
3. Work Experience: 2-3 Years ( 4 to 5 Year for Diploma Holder)
4. Key Areas of Responsibility: 
S.No KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Lab Testing of Tractor prototypes 
2. Analysis of lab test data & report generation.
3 Root cause analysis of the problem based on lab test results.
4 Prediction of expected problems based on lab test results. 
5 Handling of some Mini Projects.
6 Lab Test Data Management

5. Reporting to:: Senior Manager (Product Evaluation)
6. Responsible for: Lab Testing and Mini Projects.
7. ISO 9000:14001 Knowledge
Good Knowledge of tractor performance parameters. 
Good analytical ability.
Good knowledge of tractor test equipments.

Having 3 to 8 yrs of Experience

Organizational Unit-: Turbo machines Group

Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical

Main tasks, responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators

Tasks and responsibilities:

Turbo Machines Design or component design with R&D background and strong knowledge on 3D software.
Working experience on CATIA V4 and/or V5 or other commercial 3D software viz. PRO-E, Ideas, etc.
Customization and detail engineering of turbine parts and modules

Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies

Technical skills / competencies

Familiarity with steam turbine design and working principles, including auxiliary systems
Familiarity with modern engineering tools, norms and design rules
Experience in layout design or design analysis of turbo machinery components
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes involved would be an advantage
Knowledge of CATIA V4/V5 or any other 3D CAD software
Effective planning, organization and presentation skills including the ability to prioritise and plan work.

Behavioural skills / competencies

Good team player with effective communication skills
Proactive and creative approach to technical problems
Flexibility ability to react quickly and work accurately to meet internal and external deadlines
