Job Description:-
ZFLS Requirements: (permanent position)

Tasks:
To develop Concept design
Steering system Packaging assemblies and analysis
Tolerance stack-up analysis
Design Modification (ECR)
To create 3D models and 2D drawings in ProE

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile with good academic background.
3 to 5 years of experience in designing EPS Rack, Pinion Steering Gears & enclosures for Steering Gears.
Knowledge and work experience in Automobile components / Products, preferably in steering systems.
Candidate should have good Technical skills with reference to cast and machined parts, manufacturing and assembly processes.
Good Knowledge in GD&T.
Knowledge on Programming skills would be preferable
CAD tool: Pro-e (Wildfire-4) minimum 3000hrs hands on exposure

Search criteria could be:
Steering
Power steering
Suspension
Brakes
Power trains
Vehicle dynamics
Any of the automotive core area
NOTE:-
 Willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
Candidates with more than 3 backlogs.
Candidates with any other degree mentioned above.

Thorough knowledge in new product development activities
Experience in design of diecast or sheet metal & plastic parts
Good knowledge in GD&T
Experience in DFMEA, DFM and DFA
Skills in tolerance stack-up analysis
Experience in PDM link & Pro/Engineer WF4.0
German language A1(desirable)
