The center has completed its first phase of growth and has emerged as a major product engineering, design development center for Eaton"s global customers - primarily in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

Application & Commercial Engg (ACE) in EIEC has openings for Application Engineer.

Responsibilities for this position include,
1. Collaborate with global team to understand and document the requirements
2. Develop System Solution for the customer requirement with schematic and BOM
3. Perform and Document the engineering calculations required for Conventional Hydraulics and Electro hydraulic system design.
4. Develop system level tools for ease of doing business
5. Document the design and follow disciplined development process
6. Conduct Project Review and Support Global team on deliverables.
7. Proficiency in Pro-E and AutoCAD.
8. Arrange and Provide System quotes for the Hydraulic Systems.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
1. Bachelors of engineering-Mechanical/Mechatronics background preferred
2. Experience with VisSim, MatchCAD will be preferred.
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Candidate must have demonstrated learning agility
5. Working experience in Hydraulic Industry and on Hydraulic Systems.

Experience Level:5-7 years

Educational Requirements & Experience : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5-7 years experience in areas of fluid health monitoring sensors/aero engines or related products

Must Have Skill : Experience in the design of parts/assemblies and authoring of engineering documentation for fluid health monitoring or related products for the Aerospace systems. Good understanding of RTCA DO160, MIL and other applicable standards. Should be able capable of defining engineering approaches including the planning and scheduling work.

Desired Skills: Awareness of Potentially Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX) Directive, Experience on structural/vibration/thermal/electro-magnetic analysis will be an added advantage.

2. Engineer (Sensor Engineering) with Ereq no. 31349BR

Educational Requirements & Experience : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years experience in areas of fluid health monitoring or related products

Must Have Skill : Experience in the design of parts/assemblies and authoring of engineering documentation for fluid health monitoring or related products for the Aerospace systems. Proficient with Pro-E Wildfire 3. Candidate also needs to have good understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack up analysis and manufacturing methods.

Desired Skills: Awareness of DFSS tools like QFD, FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc., Knowledge of RTCA DO160E and MIL environmental standards

3. Engineer (LabVIEW/Test) with Ereq no. 31391BR

Educational Requirements & Experience : Bachelors /Masters degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering, 3-5 years experience in Aerospace domain

Must Have Skill : Experience in the design of test equipment, creation/updation of documentation, management of version description document, validation procedure, calibration procedure and reports for the Aerospace systems.

Desired Skills:         Awareness of DFSS tools like QFD, FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc., Knowledge of RTCA DO160, DO178, DO254 and MIL environmental standards

4. Senior Designer Engr.- Mechanical with Ereq no. 31665BR

Educational Requirements & Experience : Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2-3 years experience in areas of sensor/fluid health monitoring or related products

Must Have Skill : Experience in the design of parts/assemblies for the Aerospace systems. He must be proficient with Pro-E Wildfire 3. Candidate also needs to have good understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack up analysis and manufacturing methods.

Desired Skills:         PLM/Matrix One experience, Material selection and applications skill
 

5. Associate Engineer - Mechanical with Ereq No. 31664BR

Educational Requirements & Experience : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, 1 plus years experience in areas of sensors, fluid health monitoring or related products.

Must Have Skill : Experience in modifying existing products to support customer, manufacturing, applicable regulatory and industry standard, and market requirement; Participate on multi-discipline concurrent development and corrective action teams.

Desired Skills:  Awareness of DFSS tools like QFD, FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc.; Awareness of RTCA DO160E and MIL environmental standards.
