Role:

To lead a group of engineers involved in design and development of parts pertaining to transmission

Responsibilities:

§          Development of parts for new models

§          Coordination of activities pertaining to new model development

Technical/ Functional:

§          Conversant with working of transmission system (gear box, clutch and gear shifting)- Passenger car

Specific expertise required for functional area :

§          Gear shifting mechanism

TRANSMISSION ( Systems )

Essential :

§         B.E / B. Tech in Mechnical / Automobile Minimum 60 % marks – 3 to 8 yrs exp.

Role:

To design and develop automotive transmission  system parts (gear-box, gear shift mechanism, clutch and clutch release system)

Responsibilities:

§          Designing of gear shift linkages and gear-box parts

§          Lay outing of clutch cable and gear shift cables

§          Analysis of market problem/ failure pertaining to gear-box, gear shifting, clutch and clutch release system

§          Development of transmission parts of new models

Technical/ Functional:

§          CAD proficiency- preferably Uni-graphics

§          Understanding of transmission sub-systems- gearbox, gear shift mechanism, synchromesh system (synchronizer rings), clutch, clutch cable, gear shift lever assembly

Specific expertise required for functional area :

§          Synchronizer ring designing

Clutch designing

NOISE & VIBRATION

B.E. Mech. / M.E. – With 3 to 5 yrs.

Knowledge and Experience in ::

1)       Vehicle fundamentals in Noise and vibration.

2)       Hands on experience on usage of analyzers mainly LMS/ B&K/Pak systems for data measurement and analysis.

3)       Driving capability should be high.

4)       Knowledge and on job application of  advanced technologies like Transfer path , Array , Modal & Vibration test bench etc.

5)       Exposure to vehicle testing on chassis dynamometer and laboratory handling of miscellaneous jobs.

6)       Knowledge on NVH materials and vehicle characterisitics.

7)       Should also have an exposure to NVH CAE applications.

8)       Ready for re-location to New test course ( Rohtak).

9)       Good soft skills and communication skills.

DURABLITY TESTING

B.E. Mech / ME. – with 3 to 5 Yrs work exp.

Knowledge and Experience in ::

1)       Hydraulic systems and Data Acquisition.

2)       Knowledge on Strain gage application and data analysis.

3)       Should have worked on vehicle systems and component durability test sets and analysis.

4)       Hands on experience on fabrication of Jigs & fixtures.

5)       Knowledge of Load cells and calibrations

6)       Good knowledge on strength of materials & vehicle body / suspension characteristics.

7)       Soft skills and communication skills.

8)       Relocation readiness to New test course ( Rohtak).

PASSIVE SAFETY TESTING

B.E. Mech / M.E. – With 3 to 5 yrs work exp.

Knowledge and Experience in the following areas::

1)       Passive Safety Regulatory compliance requirements ( Indian & EU) like body block, seat belt , side door, bumper etc.

2)       Instrumentation and equipment utilization knowledge.

3)       Exposure to Body , interiors and plastic parts for evaluation and countermeasure.

4)       Preparation of jigs & fixtures as per test need.

5)       Good soft skills & communication skills.

6)       Should be ready to go to japan for training on need base.

7)       Should also be ready for transfer to New test course area ( Rohtak).

To check drawings and guide auto cad draftsman
Should be aware of local codes, standards and specifications. Get drawings and materials approved.
