*DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF SEAT / SEAT BELT SYSTEM.
*DESIGN & EVALUATION OF SEAT / SEAT BELT COMPONENTS & INTEGRATION IN VEHICLE ENVIRONMENT AS PER PROGRAM SCHEDULE & QUALITY TARGETS..
*COST & WEIGHT MONITORING AT PART & SUB-SYSTEM LEVEL
*TESTING OF SEAT & SEAT BELT SYSTEMS
*COUNTERMEASURE PLANNING, AS NECESSARY, BASED ON DESIGN / QUALITY REVIEWS, LINE FEEDBACK & TESTING.

EXPERIENCE OF DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT IN AT-LEAST ONE DOMAIN AREAS IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

*PLASTIC / SHEET METAL / PU PAD / TRIM FABRIC
*SEAT MECHANISM
*SEAT BELTS
*SEAT / SEAT BELT TESTING.
*UNDERSTANDING OF MANUFACTURING PROCESSES & COSTING FUNCTION.
