His educational qualification : BE ( mechanical). We require a graduate engineer for our measurement lab. He should have hands on experience on coordinate measuring machine ( CMM)preferably Carl Zeiss.
Should have experience on all engine components inspection with focus on Gear ,Cam, crank shaft, crank cases cylinder, pistonetc...inspection
Should have worked in Metrology lab of reputed automobile industry
Should have good concept of GD&T ( Geometrical dimensions & Tolerances)
Should have good concept of engine component drawings

JOB CODE- TMS005 (Calibration Engineer)

Exp between 3- 5 years in auto / ancillary industry and CTC that we will offer will be between 3 lacs to 5 Lacs as per exp .He should be BE Electronics / Electrical regular and from a good institute .Very strong electrical background . He should have a good knowledge of Vehicle / engine electronics (Diesel / Gasoline) , Instrumentation requirements for Calibration , Knowledge / operational experience on INCA / Delphi VISU / Siemens system etc , Experience on Engine test bed / setup requirements for calibration , Emissions and control strategies , Catcon, EGR, Turbo behaviors etc Candidate should be willing to sign a BOND for 1 year for 3 lac rupees.

JOB CODE- TMS006 (Meshing Engineer)

We will offer CTC between 2 to 4 lacs per annum with 1-5 years of industry exp . The Meshing Engineer should be well versed with Meshing of Engines / Automotive components . This is a very urgent position and I want to close this very urgently .

Should be having sound knowledge and experience in the various CFD softwares and pre / post processors: ANSA, CATIA V5, and Ensight. Profound knowledge in Aerodynamics and Thermodynamics. Experience with simulation tools: Star CD and/or EXAPower Flow. For this position the candidate will have to sign a BOND for 3 years for 4 lac rupees.
