JD-
Estimation Engineers & Design Engineers for BMS.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Design system architecture diagram for BMS, create valve & damper schedule, prepare panel wiring/interlock diagrams, selection of DDC based on application & I/O count, etc.
Project planning & execution for timely delivery and with quality expected from customers
Project estimation, change management, risk management, quality management (corrective/preventive actions)
Interface with customers for information & delivery
Functional Skills Required:
Detail engineering for BAS (Building Automation Systems) projects, project management and process centric
Technical Skills Required
Estimation, scope capture, understanding piping/duct layout dwgs, specification/mech. Dwgs, field device selection, DDC configuration, generating schematics/layouts & controller wiring/interlock wiring diagrams, valve/damper sizing, application software
Qualification BE Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation
Industry Heat Ventilation Air conditioning (HVAC),
