DM or AM-Vehicle Design for Continental Engines,Gurgaon

We are one of the leading recruitment consultants based out of Gurgaon looking out for M/s Continental Engines,Gurgaon, a candidate with the undermentioned profile:


Minimum experience 5 Years

Minimum 3 years experience in PRO-E

Qualification Minimum BE in mechanical engineering

Hands-on experience on vehicle lay outing/concept level design/ Dwg preparation/Dwg checking- minimum 3 years.

Work experience worked in OEM- in Design & development areas

Hand on experience of design development & testing of chassis & integrating systems

Good in communications (verbal & written).

Good in interactions with interfacing deptt

Good knowledge of tolerance on fabricated & sheet metal parts

Vehicle integration & packaging guideline knowledge 

Other vehicle systems knowledge like steering, Brakes, pedals etc.

Interactive knowledge of analysis tools used for chassis analysis.

COMPANY PROFILE :
'Continental Engines' is a Part of 40 year old BAXY Group with turnover of >2000 crores.
Continental Engines Ltd, the third company has four units,This company is 20 years old.
1. Aluminum pressure die cast foundry at Bhiwadi (70 kms from Delhi).
2. Machining division for machining automotive aluminum die cast components also at Bhiwadi. with 90% turnover exported, specialization in supplying cyl heads, engine blocks, manifolds, bell housings and Aluminum brackets for car industry.
3. Baxy Motors, new venture for making diesel engines and three wheeler vehicles. Tech collaboration for engines with VM MOTOR, a Chrysler group company in Italy since July
4. Has taken over in Aug,'2005 car engine reconditioning company Vege Motors having! plants in Holland and Tunesia catering to >35 car engine models (60000 engines per annum) across all countries of western Europe.
The business unit is called Vege Motors which they have acquired and they have factories in Tunisia, Holland and have acquired land in Bhiwadi for another factory. Vij They have already made a prototype of a 3 wheeler and have started production. They also plan to have 4 wheelers production & Stationery engines r already being produced..
