Products are used in a wide range of applications to operate machinery and equipment for agriculture, construction, energy and mining, and transportation.

Also, our client is into thin film, vacuum propulsion, textile and precision technology. Based on these core competencies, group develops production systems, components, and services for high-technology products. The company's commercial activities center on protective coatings for precision tools and components (Segment Coating), systems for producing vacuums and conveying process gases (Segment Vacuum), equipment for textile production (Segment Textile) and propulsion technology (Segment Drive Systems) as well as aerospace and production systems for nanotechnology applications (Segment Advanced Technologies).
These position would be for R&D / Design Center of Drive System Segment business in India
(as of now in India client has 2 Operation plant in Delhi/NCR and Maharashtra and 1 up-coming manufacturing facility in Gujarat (35 Acres) construction in full swing, production to start by Oct 2014).

Position Ref: RD-1
Position: Design Head - Transmission / Axles (Loaders, Tractors, Electric Vehicles)
Experience: 12 - 15 years, including 3-4 years at middle-management level
Education: B Tech from IIT or REC or equivalent, M Tech is desirable
Industry & Function: Automobile or Auto Components R&D or Product Engineering
Job Description
* Provide technical guidance for all projects in his Functional area, including system design. Overview and approve Engineering analysis & Design calculations.
* Lead his team of Design engineers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects & assignments.
* Customer Interaction to understand requirements and formulate technical specs. Timely preparation of proposals and documentation for new projects
* Identify and lead 'innovative projects' to increase product competitiveness.
Skill-set:
* Effective communication and inter-personal skills
* Ability to interact with Company"s overseas technical centers
* High level of learning ability
* Passion for R&D and product development.
