We have vacancies for Asst. Manager/Manager - Vehicle Integration for Mahindra and Mahindra, Automotive Sector.

The location of posting is Nasik but the company will shift to Chennai in 8 to 10 month's time.


JOB ROLE:

- Complete vehicle clearance and interface analysis
- Vehicle System Packaging: Engine compartment packaging; Intake / Exhaust / Engine cooling/ Architecture & Packaging; Pedals and controls; Park brake; Fuel systems; Integration of safety systems (Airbag, seat belts etc)
- Ergonomics (Internal and External)
- Seating Layout
- All piping layouts (Engine room and underbody)
- Layout of Wiring architecture
- Ownership of vehicle e-Bom
- Homologation Documentation
- Metaphase
- Single point contact for service (serviceability & maintainability)
- Marketing (PDB, QFD), Manufacturing (Nova-C, JDP, Manufacturing must and wants/
DFMA)

Qualifications:
Diploma / BE (Mech/Auto) with 3-12 yrs of experience

COMPETENCY EXPECTED:
- Knowledge of current and advanced Vehicle System technologies.
- Knowledge of own and competitors Vehicles.
- Knowlegde of Vehicle / Systems Manufacturing process
- Knowledge of parts or automobile, knowledge of CAD software
- Good communication skills & Leadership Skills
- Negotiation Skills
