Principle Accountabilities:

1. Field Testing & Project Shop
Comparative field performance & reliability validation of new products, up keeping of project shop & field test equipments.
Tractor assy, fitment trials, strip inspection, tractor and implements inventory, data compilation on fitment verification.

2. Lab Testing

Monitoring & conducting various Lab tests as per IS standard.
Performance and endurance testing on transmission, hydraulics, and overall tractor.

TMA & other governing bodies’ representation on formulation of national standards & legislations.

In-house Testing

Developing company standards, Testing methodology, software in use, in the field of test standards related to vehicle testing.
Circulation of statutory & regulatory norms and forthcoming standards for conformance of our products to those norms.
To Study Forthcoming Legislations & Assessment of Its Impact on our Products: To study and analyze the draft Indian & AIS standards / circulars / information from TMA, BIS, ARAI and sending comments after scrutinizing for applicable clauses relevant to our Company / Products to safeguard our products from forthcoming new statutory requirements.
Monitoring Lab & field activities as per ISO.
Monitoring patent registration & various ongoing internal projects related activities.
