1) JOB DESCRIPTION

Engineer Product Engineering (Chassis & PT Integration)

Domain experience and very strong fundamentals related to Product Design and Development on Vehicle & Powertrain Integration (Engine mounts, etc) for passenger cars, SUVs and LCVs.
Experience in any of the CAD / CAE Software like Unigrapics / CATIA / ProE / Nastran / Abacus / Ansys &
Good knowledge of GD&T.
Experience in Engineering releases (Aggregate level and System level). Should have preferably handled atleast 1 or 2 vehicle releases.
Should be conversant with various Engineering / Quality / Regulatory Standards and have exposure to New Product Development Methodologies.
Should be aware and abreast of the new developments in the field.
Coordinates engineering activities with other functions (e.g. suppliers, manufacturing, supplier quality, purchasing) to ensure delivery of product meeting requirements.
Lead Engineer should be able to guide the team on Design conceptualization through validation. Should be familiar in New Product Development process, Timing charts, DFMEA, and other quality functions.

Qualifications
BE / ME with 3 - 6 years of Engineering experience with specialization in Mechanical / Engg Design / Production / Automotive Engg.
Good Oral, written communication & interpersonal skills.
