Responsibilities:
§ Concept /Design, development and validation of vehicle starting, ignition and charging systems
§ Concept/Design and development of engine electric parts i.e. starter motor, alternator, ignition coil, battery
§ Layout for all electrical parts in vehicle DMU
Optimization of cost and performance
Technical/ Functional:
§ CAD proficiency- preferably Uni-Graphics (NX5)
§ Good knowledge for all parts/ systems as mentioned above, starting from specification generation till complete validation
§ Knowledge of standards (JIS/JASO/ISO) related to automotive engine electric parts.

NOISE & VIBRATION
B.E. Mech. / M.E. – With 3 to 5 yrs.
Knowledge and Experience in ::
1) Vehicle fundamentals in Noise and vibration.
2) Hands on experience on usage of analyzers mainly LMS/ B&K/Pak systems for data measurement and analysis.
3) Driving capability should be high.
4) Knowledge and on job application of advanced technologies like Transfer path , Array , Modal & Vibration test bench etc.
5) Exposure to vehicle testing on chassis dynamometer and laboratory handling of miscellaneous jobs.

DURABLITY TESTING

4) Hands on experience on fabrication of Jigs & fixtures.

PASSIVE SAFETY TESTING

1) Passive Safety Regulatory compliance requirements ( Indian & EU) like body block, seat belt , side door, bumper etc.
2) Instrumentation and equipment utilization knowledge.
3) Exposure to Body , interiors and plastic parts for evaluation and countermeasure.
4) Preparation of jigs & fixtures as per test need.

6) Should be ready to go to japan for training on need base.
