We are executive search firm named ACH MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS located in Mumbai & having a very good opening for you in one of our esteemed clientele named M & M FES Division looking for location is Mumbai. (Kandivali Plant)

Position :Operational

Reports To :Manager

Place of Posting
Kandivali/Chennai (Can be shifted to Chennai after a year or so)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables   
 Sheet Metal Parts Development & Procurement
 Tooling Planning & Establishment at Vendor End
 Ensure adherence to Quality, Cost and Delivery targets of Component Development Plan for the division.
 Ensure process / actions to improve the Component Development process effectiveness right through design stage
 Budget Monitoring
 Regular Procurement: Proactively initiate actions to prevent bottlenecks at the supplier end.
 Inventory Management: Ensure effective inventory management system, ensure no shortage of parts
 Costing:
 Tooling Cost negotiation
 Capex Utilization
 Price Estimation: Involvement in pricing of components and supplier rationalization
 Target Costing: Ensure scientific and systematic ways of Product / Component costing
 Quality Assurance, Inspection & PPAP closure
 Drive Cost re engineering for cost effectiveness"

Experience   
Min 3 -Max 4 years

Industry Preferred
Automobile/Auto Ancilliary

Qualification   
BE (Mechanical / Production)
