"Primary Responsibility:
 Conducting on track and off track trials, validate prototypes to confirm system/vehicle performance and assist in developing performance
 To lead and guide the teams for VehicleTesting
 Develop new testing methodologies in view of confirming functional perfromance as well as capturing new failure modes
 Organize resources, infrastructure, vehicle tests to ensure timely delivery & first time right by laisioining with the various agencies and inter departmental facilities
 Data analyzing the test reports, review with the system engineers, superiors for he final desired output and suggest corrective actions
 Highlight and resolve concern areas, gaps and target confirmation to achieve the durability, reliability and functional signoff to achieve the set targets
 Upkeep and development of infrastructure"
