Profile:-

System Component Development & Launch Procedure (SCDLP) 
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) 
Tolerance Analysis 
CAD System: Pro/ENGINEER 
Data Base: Pro/INTRALINK Manage sample procurement before PPAP to ensure parts availability for development phases 
Directs the testing, root cause analysis, FMEA, simulations and calculations of mechanical design to fulfill customer requirements. 
Preparation of presentations to provide information to internal and external customers. Introduction of drawings and product relevant documents to kick off industrialization and material procurement. 
Provide technical support to manufacturing (M, PT and PE) when needed. Control all sample builds to guarantee mechanical function level of product. 
Supplier Management (development partnership, feasibility commitment, souring committee, component release process) 
Maintenance, enhancement, support and modification of existing mechanical hardware with close cooperation to internal and external contacts. 
Technologies/Techniques required:
Input for PCB layout (standards, guidelines).
Hands on experience in ProE Wildfire 2.0 and above with knowledge of Pro Intralink. Plastic knowledge required
Experience in DFMEA and DFMA.
Knowledge of German language preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
