-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering from a reputed institute 
-Over of design and analysis experience of mechanical equipments & machinery like gas turbines 
-Hands-on experience in linear static analysis, contact analysis, elastic-plastic analysis, fatigue & fracture analysis, buckling analysis etc. 
-Possess excellent knowledge of mechanical design and analysis. 
-Proficiency in design standards.Exposure to manufacturing, inspection and refurbishment processes-Green belt certified (GE employees only) 

-Gas Turbine component design experience.-Customer satisfaction mindset with strong DFSS orientation (GE Employees) 
-Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills 
-Visits to Global Design, Manufacturing and Service Center Sites (GE Employees) 
-High-energy team player-Advanced technical degree
