DESIGNER (ME/DR/1)
1.1 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This person is responsible for the success of all assigned projects and works within a cross-functional team across the organization. 
Due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will need to be flexible and should be able to cope up with pressure at the work place. 
The Key responsibilities of the role include:
o Mechanical CAD Engineering
 3D CAD modeling
 Generation of manufacturing 2D prints
 Reviewing technical documents
 Generating Layout Drawings in AutoCAD

o Project management 
 Managing meetings and teleconferences
 Following Quality procedures and completing deliverables

1.2 DESIRED PROFILE
The successful applicant should have an excellent mechanical CAD background, good attention to detail, be self motivated and effective in a team environment under a high work load with multiple responsibilities. 
Key characteristics and skills are:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering(Optional)
2-6 years of AutoCAD Experience. 
Effective project management skills
Proven problem solving skills
Capable of working on fast paced project with significant responsibility
Prepared to work at multiple Stryker sites including periods of time at vendor locations
Passionate to learn and committed
