This client of ours is a 100% subsidiary of their foreign parent, which is Worlds leading company in their field. 

The company is in the business of design, manufacturing and marketing of transmissions, axles, gears, drives and related aggregates to major OEMs of Tractors, Construction Equipment, Off Highway Equipment etc, in India and thru out the world. The top companies of the country & across the world are their customers. 

The position is of Asst. Manager / Engineer Design (Transmissions & Axles) with the following responsibilities:

Job Description:
1. Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Masters of Engineering preferred.
2. 4~ 7 years of relevant work experience.
3. Excellent domain knowledge in 
a. Off Highway Drivelines (Transmissions & Axles)
b. Automotive/ Off Highway specialized in Cab, Chassis, Hydraulics and Vehicle integration.
4. Design calculation skills are desirable.
5. Strong working skills on Pro/E. 
6. Excellent working knowledge on product design and drawing.
7. Working knowledge on PRO/E software. 
8. Working knowledge on testing and validation of drivelines.
9. Knowledge with engineering materials. Manufacturing processes like Castings, Plastics and sheet metal is desirable.
10. Understanding and knowledge of new product development process/ Methodologies.
11. Self-motivated, Target oriented, handle projects independently and guide team members as and when required. 
12. Undertake work in an efficient and timely manner.
13. Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
14. Strong interpersonal skills and team working.
15. A willingness to learn is essential.
16. Excellent communications skills.
