Design and Development Engineer (Steering and Suspension)

Golden Opportunity with leading Automobile Company. Bangalore.

Relevant Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in CATIA V5
Overall 3-6 years of experience in steering and suspension components of trucks
Should be conversant with kinematic verification of suspension geometries
Automotive domain working experience with OEM is preferred.
All Wheel Drive vehicle and Independent front suspension experience preferred
Good vehicle engineering design and vehicle packaging experience preferred. Experience in design for manufacture & design for assembly
Strong manufacturing design experience with knowledge on casting processes
Knowledge in Vehicle products and Specifications 

Skill Requirements: 
Proficiency in CatiaV5 : GSD, Part Design, Sketcher, assembly Design, Sheet-metal Design, Drafting, DMU, Kinematics and FEM
Conduct feasibility study of Vehicle packaging
Good communication skills with English
International experience and knowledge of German language preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Design and development of steering and suspension components of trucks
DMU study and release management
Concept feasibility studies
Design for manufacture & assembly 
Conversant with manufacturing techniques of sheet metal forming, welding and castings
