Design Engineer-HT Motors :

Qualification : BE/BTECH/MTECH -Mechanical Engineering Graduates with excellent communication skills and should be working in leading Industrial Automation organisations

Exp : Should have 3-5 years of experience in Design and Development of HT Motors

Desired skills :

Job Responsibilities :

Developing designs for the motors manufactured in India.
Developing best design practices and establishing quality process in all activities.
Working closely with designers at TMEIC Japan and vendors in India to provide best solutions. May need to travel to Japan for a period of one to two months repeatedly.
Overlook the manufacturing of new designs, obtain certifications and provide solutions for manufacturing /field issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Minimum 3yrs of exp in High Voltage Motor
Knowledge of strength of materials, heat transfer, and hydrodynamics
Knowledge of a manufacturing technology
Knowledge of electrical design
Familiar with analysis such as FEM
Well known on the procurement place
Well known on the materials and standards
Resourceful, energetic and self confident in dealing with others.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Self-motivated and innovative.
Consistent in meeting commitments, able to handle multiple projects.
Ability and willingness to learn Japanese language.
Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in related fieldsExperience with High Voltage design.
Knowledge of Strength of Materials, Heat Transfer and Hydrodynamics.
Expert in design tools used for mechanical and electrical design of the motors.
Working manufacturing technology.
Knowledge and experience with vendors for HT Motors.
