Job Responsibilities
Chassis frame design & suspension systems packaging at vehicle level for packaging of chassis aggregates
Concept feasibility studies
Design for manufacture & assembly
Conversant with manufacturing techniques of sheet metal forming & welding

Education
BE or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience
3-6 years of experience in CATIA V5
Experience in design of chassis frame design
OEM experience required
Good vehicle Engineering Design and Vehicle Packaging Experience. Experience in design for manufacture &
design for assembly
Strong sheet metal manufacturing design experience
Strong mechanical engineering background
Knowledge in Vehicle products and Specifications
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in CatiaV5 : GSD, Part Design, Sketcher, assembly Design, Sheet-metal Design, Drafting, DMU,
Conduct feasibility study of Vehicle packaging
Good communication skills in Japanese along with English proficiency
