1. B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
CAD SKILLS: -
1. CATIA (V5R9)
2. Solid Works
3. Pro-E (wildfire)
4. Auto-CAD

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: -
1. Knowledge of New Product & System Design, Concept Design, Reverse Engineering.
2. Knowledge of FEA, Failure analysis.
3. Experience in 3D Modeling, and Drafting.
4. Knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing Processes, Material Science.
5. Knowledge of BOM Making, Costing, Value Engg, Vendor development, ERP, CE, ISO Certification.
6. Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 5S, 4M, Poke Yoke, Kaizen.
7. Experience in Selecting, Motivating & Guiding a team of technocrats to the vision and mission of the company

Position: Assistant Manager R&D

Salary Maximum 3 - 4 Lac per annum
