JOB DESCRIPTION:

Vehicle Integration and packaging
Perform vehicle performance calculations
Analyse Mktg / Customer input and translate to technical spec.
Interact with various system owners
Assemble 100%DMU of vehicle
Confirm that all vehicle systems meet technical requirements
Carryout clash check among systems
Resolve conflicts among various systems
Frame assy design
Fuel tank & piping design
Brake air tanks, valves & piping design
Drawings & BOM generation
Carryout DFM & DFA
Carryout DFMEA & DVVP
PLM release of drgs & BOM
Co-ordinate with Sourcing for procurement
Prototyping co-ordination
Co-ordinate validation
Co-ordinate cross functional teams towards project objectives
Generate & Execute VAVE ideas

Experience
Required:
Work experience in automotive industry.
Hands on experience in handling vehicle projects
Hands on experience in Catia V5 - Part modeling, Assy, Clash check, Drafting, Simulation, GD&T, FE Analysis
Knowledge in MS windows and PLM system
Work experience in Cross Functional Team

Qualifications

* Required:
B.E. Mechanical / Automobile, with 2+ years experience OR Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with 3+ years experience
