Hiring Team Leader -Design for MNC

Job Description- Sr. Designer/Team Leader/Project Leader
* To work on design and development projects specifically for Automotive Seating and Interiors/Exteriors. To build and lead a team of 6-8 Engineers in carrying out various design activities in 3D software (CATIA V5) such as product design, packaging study, concept creation, VAVE, modeling, detailing and engineering changes, among others for automotive interiors.
* In depth knowledge of engineering fundamentals of product design & development process.
* Hands-on experience in 3D CAD software CATIA V5 - Advance surfacing, part design, drawing & assembly.
* Domain specific knowledge in Automotive Seating and Interior/Exteriors - IP, Bumpers, Door Trims among others.
* Knowledge of Engineering plastics and tooling.
* Knowledge and understanding of EC regulations, FMVSS.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to work in overseas market. Candidates who have prior experience of working in overseas would be preferred.
* 5-8 yrs of experience
* B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Tool & Die design from CIPET, TRTC, NTTF, etc.
* Should have valid passport.

Experience required for the Job: 4 - 9 years
Annual Salary of the Job: 5.0 - 8.0 Lacs
