The candidate will have at least 5yrs years of Product Design & Development Experience on Door Trims.
Ability to interact with the customer through surface development and feasibility
CATIA V5 Part Design, GSD, DMU, Drawing
Knowledge of regulatory requirements European & US.
Knowledge of plastic part design & manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Sheetmetal part Design & manufacturing processes.
Highly motivated, proactive engineer.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with suppliers and program team.
German language knowledge is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design & Development of Door Trims.
2. Customer interaction to review engineering feasibility. BOM, packaging study & designing parts.
3. Evaluation to meet regulatory & customer requirement.
4. Knowledge of Stack up & GDT study to meet Craftsmanship targets.
5. Able to carry out tasks as required by Team Leader.
6. Should be able to work independently with little supervision.

Position 2:- Job Area: Seating System
Education & Training:
BE Mechanical / Production (Degree in Engineering)
Relevant Experience Required: 4.5 years of experience in Seating systems
Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of Seat system and seating sub-system design and development
Knowledge of test and regulations in Europe / NA
Working knowledge on Plastics and sheet metal and manufacturing processes
CATIA V5 working knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Design & develop seating system, Design verification and coordination with the development team in Sindelfingen, Germany
Customer interaction to review engineering feasibility, manufacturing feasibility packaging study & designing parts in Catia V5
Evaluation to meet regulatory & Customer requirement
Knowledge of tolerance stack up & GDT Study to meet assembly, quality & Craftmanship targets.
Should be able to work independently with less supervision
Position 3:- Job Area: Exterior Trims Trucks
Education & Training:
B.E (Mechanical / Production), Domain trainings in Plastics, Tooling.
Relevant Experience Required:
3- 9 yrs of experience on development programs of Outer Mirror Assembly, Door Module (Latch & Linkage Assembly, Hinges, Window Regulator, Outer Handle), Bumpers, Fender & Steps, Front End Module, Aerodynamic Components (Roof/Side Deflector), Wiper & Washing System. Preferably worked with Global projects with international OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers
Skill Requirements:
1. Ability to take Design decisions related to Plastic components from Tooling/Manufacturing/Prototyping perspective
2. Knowledge of Stack-up, plastic material for automotive exterior components
3. Must be capable of performing Design Reviews in a structured manner
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements - European & US
5. CATIA V5 Part Design, GSD, Drawing. Knowledge of DC methodology.
6. Working Experience in Weight reduction methods (VAVE)
7. Experience in Daimler Norms & DBL standards, DIALOG & SMARAGD will be an advantage

3- 9 yrs of experience on development programs of NVH Components like Engine/Hood/Dash Insulation & under Body Shield. Preferably worked with Global projects with international OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers
Skill Requirements:
1. Ability to take Design decisions related to Plastic & Thermoforming components from Tooling/Manufacturing/Prototyping perspective
2. Knowledge of NVH Material Selection & Validation

Knowledge of regulatory requirements European & US.
Knowledge of plastic part design & manufacturing processes (Headliner and/or Floor and/or Trim parts)
Data Management, PLM, Release Control and Co-ordination, Understanding Drawing standards.
Experience in Mercedes Benz Norms and DBL standards, DIALOG and SMARAGD will be an advantage.
