2) Able to align the team with R&D assigned & coach the subordinate, to work as part of a CFT team, Discipline & Proactive Planner, confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, self motivated and the possess the drive to complete tasks in a timely manner

(2) Should have proven ability to solve development problems, technology provider of powertrain engineering services to customers and suppliers within compressed timescales.
