"(1) Relevant experience in the field of development of Aggregates for automotive industrial application preferably in transmission.
2) Able to align the team with R&D assigned & coach the subordinate, to work as part of a CFT team, Discipline & Proactive Planner, confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, self motivated and the possess the drive to complete tasks in a timely manner
"(1) To support the growth in client projects and technology development, to work within creative team in an innovative, fast moving environment.
(2) Should have proven ability to solve development problems, technology provider of powertrain engineering services to customers and suppliers within compressed timescales.
