1) Inspection & Audit Body in White Quality.
2) Data Collection, compilation and analysis of Body Shop Quality.
3) Auditing of Cars.
4) Defect Analysis and Implementation of Countermeasure.
5) Knowledge of Various Body Shop Processes and welding Process.
6) Knowledge of Weld Parameters and Dimensional integrity.
7) Knowledge of Body Shop Defects, Causes and countermeasures.
8) Able to work in MS Office independently.
9) Knowledge of QMS and EMS
10) Written and Verbal Communication skill.
11) Interpersonal skill to motivate team members
