Seating system Design:
Understanding of seating system & Mechanism.
Hands on experience in design & development of Foam, Sheet Metal and Plastics Component related to passenger car seat system

Knowledge about regulatory requirements.

UNDERSTANDING OF PRINCIPLES OF DESIGN OF SHEET METAL & PLASTIC PARTS.
THROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF AT LEAST ONE MAJOR BODY SYSTEM.
UNDERSTANDING OF MANUFACTURING PROCESSES, COSTING FUNCTION. COACHING / MENTORING SKILLS
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION GOOD LISTENING ABILITY
LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ABILITY TO LEAD A TEAM
PROACTIVE AND FLEXIBLE

Years Of Experience: 3 - 12 years
