Job Description
Post: - Assistant Manager - R&D

Qualification: -
UG- B.E. / B.tech Mechanical, Agriculture
PG- any specialization

Job profile:
Be part of Improvement in the Harvester Combines through design approach.
Support the group leader with the objective of ensuring product and engineering quality.
Be part of the cross functional reviews and to support with solutions, the current product issues being highlighted.
Supporting in Planning, Implementation and evaluation of tests with testing department.
Good knowledge of Manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, surface coating), DFM & DFA.
Should have hands on CATIA. Should be able to co-relate actual & virtual correctly.
Should be able to handle & resolve the line issue independently. This Includes Production/Mfg/Field concerns

Desirability:
Hands on CATIA
Handling line issue on current products independently.
Understanding of DFM & DFA and should reflect in design & proposals.



Experienced Require: - 6 to 9years

Location: Morinda, Chandigarh
